Ways to get to Amsterdam from Weeze airport in Dusseldorf.
Look for interesting excursions on the Sputnik and Tripster websites. Individual and group, no crowds of tourists and in Russian.
This task arises first of all for those who prefer to travel on a budget. The trick is that European low-cost airlines do not fly directly to Amsterdam, but the nearby German city of Dusseldorf can be reached for a low price from any part of Europe by the same Ryanair.
So how do we cover the 200 km distance between these two cities?
Method one: from Dusseldorf to Amsterdam by AirExpressBus
The bus stop is conveniently located directly opposite the exit from the airport. You can buy a ticket from the driver or on the bus company website for 35.5 euros. See the schedule here. Average travel time is three and a half hours. The bus arrives at Amsterdam Central Station. The bus goes back from the same place, but from the opposite side of the road - you can wait at the pavilion for excursions along the canals.
Method two: bus + train
First you need to get to the railway station of the border town of Nijmegen. Minibuses leave from stop number 5 at the airport. All flight information and ticket reservations are available on the company's website. The cost of the trip is 18 euros one way and 30 euros round trip.
There are many trains from Nijmegen Station to Amsterdam. You can buy a ticket at the box office or in advance on the website of the Dutch railways. The ticket price is € 18.30. On the way, you will spend an hour and a half, depending on the route.
Of course, it is a bit of a shame that the fare from Dusseldorf airport to the Dutch capital is so high. Especially considering the fact that it is often possible to fly to Dusseldorf on a Ryanair flight from many European cities for less than 30 €. And here you will have to pay at least 35.5 € for overcoming some 200 kilometers. But what to do, land transport (especially railway) in Europe is not the most budget option for travel.

Method three: transfer Dusseldorf - Amsterdam
A private transfer from Dusseldorf to Amsterdam can be booked on the Kiwi Taxi service. The journey will take about 2.5 hours. You can choose a car of any class - from economy to premium; it is also possible to order multi-seat cars (minivans and minibuses).
Book your Amsterdam hotel in advance with Roomguru. Cost - from $ 76 per night for two.
Method four: rent a car
The best way to explore the country is to travel by car. You can rent a car on the Rentalcars.com website. The rental price depends on the class of the car and starts from 15 euros per day.
Enjoy your travels!
